On April 4th, 2021, the project’s multiplier event occurred in Greece. The event was held online, with the aim of disseminating and promoting the Youth Work Online Toolkit. The Youth Work Toolkit is a bespoke virtual tool that covers several topics on entrepreneurship. The toolkit is addressed to youth practitioners, in order to enhance their services and provide quality youth work. The toolkit’s content is composed of 10 key entrepreneurial topics; and, it is offering a package of 30 digital resources, designed around the concept of microlearning.
The Participants’ Profile
The total number of participants was 28, who took part in the event. The majority of the participants were between the age of 18 to 25 years old. In addition, they are residents of big cities, large and small, which cover a large area of the country, from east to west and from north to south.
The Structure of the Multiplier Event
In the framework of the event, the Digitize Enterprise project was presented, along with its results. In particular, an overall overview of the project’s background and objectives was given, followed by a presentation of the Digitize Enterprise strategic partnership. Then, there was a presentation of the project’s three intellectual outputs: the Youth Work Online Toolkit; the Virtual Learning Lab; and, the Professional Development Programme. In addition, a detailed presentation of the Youth Work Online Toolkit followed, which was the main theme of this event. The participants had the opportunity to test, the toolkit, for twenty minutes. Subsequently, they shared their comments in a feedback session, via Ideaboardz; through an open discussion; and, by filling in the evaluation questionnaire that the participants were given.
The Participants’ Feedback
The participants responded with positive feedback. In their remarks, they highlighted how useful and innovative the toolkit’s approach is. In addition, there were remarks of the toolkit’s potentiality being introduced into the frameworks of schools and universities. The comments regarding the platform design and graphics were also positive, and described as user friendly, with smooth navigation. Moreover, the participants commented that the toolkit’s content was on point, without unnecessary topics included. Finally, the majority found the topics engaging and interesting.
